At GM Legacy School, the admission process is designed to be simple, transparent, and child-friendly, ensuring a smooth experience for parents and students. Admissions are conducted strictly as per CBSE guidelines, Government of Karnataka rules, and the school’s admission policy.
Step-by-Step Admission Process
Enquiry and School Visit
Parents may visit the school campus to understand the facilities and academic approach, or contact the Admissions Office through phone, email, or website enquiry form. An orientation or campus tour may be arranged on request.
Application Form Submission
- Collect the Admission Application Form from the school office or download it below.
- Submit the duly filled form along with the required documents within the notified dates.
- Application can be submitted online or offline, as applicable.
Interaction / Assessment
Foundational & Preparatory Classes: A simple, informal interaction with the child and parents to understand readiness.
Middle & Secondary Classes: A basic written or oral assessment to assess the student’s academic level, followed by an interaction. This is intended to ensure appropriate class placement.
Admission Offer
Selected candidates will be informed through email, phone, or SMS. A Provisional Admission Letter will be issued indicating class, fee details, and last date for confirmation.
Fee Payment and Document Verification
Parents must complete fee payment within the stipulated time. Original documents will be verified at the time of admission confirmation.
Admission Confirmation
After successful verification and fee payment, Admission is confirmed. Parents will receive the Admission Confirmation Letter and joining instructions.
Orientation and School Joining
Parents and students will attend a Parent–Student Orientation Programme before the start of the academic session. Details regarding uniform, books, timetable, and transport will be shared.

- Admissions are subject to availability of seats in each class.
- The school follows a first-come, first-served policy, subject to eligibility and assessment.
